About Us

Water softener installation in Manley Hot Springs, AK and across Alaska usually starts with a well. A large share of Alaska homes outside the main utility areas rely on private wells, and groundwater in parts of the Interior is known for high iron. Iron and hardness together load a softener fast and can turn the resin bed orange within a season.

Manley Hot Springs, AK Water Softener Installation tests for hardness, iron and manganese before choosing a system. For moderate iron we set up the softener with a higher capacity, more frequent regeneration and an iron-out salt. Higher iron needs a filter ahead of the softener, and we'll tell you so. We also handle water softener repair and resin bed replacement.
